The TacticalHex mechanics and rules allow the big battles to be played on the tabletop in an evenings gaming. The scale is aimed at Corps level with each base a brigade. An average Corps would be 3 or 4 brigade bases to a division and 3 or 4 divisions to a corps. At this level the great battles can be played in 3 -4 hours.

The rules for terrain allow seige works and clever modeling on individual hex terrain pieces gives an excellent visual appeal when attacking breast works like Fredericksburg. More photos to follow.

A confederate division of four brigades move towards the Union position. These rules will be available in mid to late April direct from Warwick Wargames.
